報告人簡介：

　　Dr. Jiang is the Senior Project Manager－Englobe Environment GTA Ontario, He has over 30 years of experience in project management and professional environmental engineering consulting services in a broad range of oil and gas industries, infrastructure, transportation, municipal, real estate, and land development sectors in Canada and overseas. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in Phased Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), contaminated site delineation, remediation and management, Brownfield redevelopment and restoration, soil vapour and indoor air quality assessment, environmental risk assessment (RA), filing of Record of Site Condition (RSC), environmental peer review, Merge and Acquisition (M&A) environmental due diligence, environmental health and safety compliance audit and environmental impact assessment (EIA) and has completed/managed thousands of environmental projects. He also has extensive knowledge and experience with business development, client development and maintenance, mentoring and training junior to intermediate level staff, project management, scheduling field investigation and staffing, evaluating environmental regulations and standards, interpreting soil and groundwater analytical results and survey data, preparing technical reports and documents with conclusions and recommendations, providing cost-effective solutions for the clients, managing and controlling project budgets and expenses.

　　姜博士是Englobe加拿大安大略省大多倫多地區(qū)的環(huán)境部門的高級項目經理，他在項目管理和專業(yè)環(huán)境工程咨詢服務方面擁有超過30年的經驗，涵蓋了加拿大和海外的石油與天然氣行業(yè)、基礎設施建設、交通、市政、房地產以及土地開發(fā)等廣泛領域。他在分階段環(huán)境場地評估（ESAs）、污染場地再評估、修復和管理、棕地恢復和再開發(fā)、土壤蒸氣和室內空氣質量評估、環(huán)境風險評估（RA）、提交場地狀況記錄（RSC）、環(huán)境同行評審、項目并購（M&A）中的環(huán)境盡職調查、環(huán)境健康與安全合規(guī)審計以及環(huán)境影響評價（EIA）等方面擁有廣泛的知識和專業(yè)技能，并已完成/管理了數(shù)千個環(huán)境項目。他還在業(yè)務發(fā)展、客戶開發(fā)和維護、員工培訓和指導、項目管理、安排現(xiàn)場調查和人員配備、評估適用的環(huán)境法規(guī)和標準、解釋土壤和地下水分析結果和調查數(shù)據(jù)、編寫具有建議性和結論性的技術報告和文件、為客戶提供經濟有效的解決方案、管理和控制項目預算和費用等方面具有豐富的知識和經驗。
