孫法省,東北師范大學教授、博導。博士畢業于南開大學概率論與數理統計專業,曾先后訪問加拿大西蒙弗雷澤大學統計與精算學系、美國加州大學洛杉磯分校統計學系。主要研究方向包括計算機實驗、大數據抽樣、高維數據分析等。曾獲得教育部自然科學二等獎和全國統計科學研究優秀成果獎。研究成果發表在國際頂級統計學期刊《Annals of Statistics》、《Biometrika》和《Journal of the American Statistical Association》上,部分研究成果被Chapman & Hall/CRC出版社和Springer出版社出版的英文專著大段引用。
報告摘要:
A new experimental approach, known as the order-of-addition factorial experiment, has recently garnered significant attention in medical science and bioengineering. These experiments aim to optimize both the order of addition and the dosage levels of drug components simultaneously. The concept of dual-orthogonal arrays (DOAs) was recently introduced in the experimental design literature for such purposes. However, constructing flexible DOAs poses a considerable challenge. In this paper, we propose a novel theory-guided search method that efficiently identifies DOAs of any size, if they exist. Additionally, we present an algebraic construction method that can instantly generate certain DOAs. Simulation studies are conducted to demonstrate the superiority of our proposed designs.
