報告人簡介：

       王愷順，北京師范大學教授，博士生導師，現任北京師范大學數學科學學院院長、中國數學會常務理事、北京數學會副理事長等職務。主要從事代數組合論、極值組合論的研究，主持多項國家自然科學基金，入選2008年度教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃，獲得2010年度教育部自然科學獎二等獎（第3完成人）。

報告摘要：       

       Pooling designs were originally introduced by Dorfman in 1943 as a potential approach to economically screen soldiers with syphilis during World War II. There are many applications such as blood testing, chemical leak testing,  DNA screening，nucleic acid detection of novel coronavirus pneumonia. In this talk I shall introduce the  development on the construction of pooling designs.
